Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be satisfied. Our pieces are handcrafted: they bear the mark of human touch, material, and intention. When necessary, we handle returns with clarity and respect.
General Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The item must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered or unretouched
- free of perfume or odors
- with intact tags
- in its original packaging
Sale items are not returnable.
Exceptions
The following cannot be returned:
- custom-made items
- personalized or adjusted items
- worn or damaged items
(In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code)

Before any return, please contact us by email:

Please include:
- order number
- reason for return
- photos of the item (mandatory)
We will confirm the procedure by email.

Any package returned without prior validation may be refused.
Return Costs & Refund
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a defect is proven.
Refund or store credit, at the customer's choice, within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
Natural Variations
Our fabrics and dyes are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, or patterns do not constitute a defect.
