Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale govern purchases made on the Kaolack Créations website as well as purchases made in physical stores. They are concluded between the customer and Ubi Untu 3K, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €1,500, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 934 563 818, whose registered office and operating address are located at 51, rue Vauvenargues — 75018 Paris — France.
1. Purpose
These conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of products offered by Ubi Untu 3K.
2. Products
Products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Given the artisanal nature of some items, slight variations may exist. Photographs and descriptions are non-contractual.
3. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery charges are indicated before order validation. Ubi Untu 3K reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice.
4. Orders
Any order validated on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The order becomes final after payment validation.
5. Payment
Payment is made via the methods offered on the site (credit card, secure Shopify solutions, etc.). All transactions are secured.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are indicated at the time of order. In case of delay, a notification is sent to the customer. Responsibility is transferred to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal (online purchases)
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a request to: kaolackrea@gmail.com.
Products must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product has a proven defect. A refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the items.
8. Returns in physical stores
For purchases made in-store, no refunds are possible except for proven defects. An exchange or store credit may be offered if the product is returned in its original condition within 7 days.
9. Defective Products
In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee in accordance with articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Repair, exchange, or refund may be offered.
10. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Ubi Untu 3K until full payment of the price.
11. Personal Data
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
12. Mediation
In accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer can resort to a mediator free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute.

13. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by French law.
