Scope
These general terms of sale apply to any order placed on the website kaolack-creations.com. By placing an order, you accept them in full. You confirm that you are 18 or have the consent of your legal guardian.

Orders
Receipt of our order confirmation by email constitutes acceptance and formation of the contract. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason (inaccurate data, item out of stock, previous unpaid order). If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Prices
Prices are expressed in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI): the displayed price is the final price, with no VAT added. Shipping costs, shown separately before confirmation, are not included unless a specific offer applies. Shipping is free on orders over €70 in mainland France.

Payment
Payment is due when the order is placed. Items remain our property until paid in full.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Full details are set out in our refund policy: https://kaolack-creations.com/en/policies/refund-policy. An online withdrawal form is available in the footer of the shop.

Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Report any defect to info@kaolack-creations.com.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Pieces made to measure or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
