Shipping Times

Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours following payment confirmation.

For certain handmade pieces produced to order, a short preparation time may apply — you will be informed before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

• France: 2 to 5 business days
• European Union: 5 to 12 business days
• International: 7 to 21 business days (depending on country and customs formalities)

These times are provided for information only. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are exclusively the responsibility of the postal services.

Order Tracking

The tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.

Delivery Address & Responsibility

Please check that the address provided when ordering is complete and accurate.

Kaolack Créations cannot be held responsible in case of:

• incorrect or incomplete address,
• package not collected within the carrier's deadlines,
• package refused by the recipient.

In case of returns due to these situations, a new shipment will be charged.

International Delivery & Customs

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
