The galafini used

The fabric is a Malian galafini, hand-woven and dyed. The cotton is worked on a wooden loom by traditional weavers. The strips are then assembled and manually dyed with natural indigo.

The galafini used for this skirt is selected for its balance: structured enough to maintain the cut, flexible enough to follow movement.

Each piece shows natural variations. They are an integral part of the textile.
