Worn high-waisted, the skirt precisely shapes the silhouette.

Its very fashionable midi A-line cut balances volumes and allows for natural movement.

Made from an indigo galafini woven fabric, the material asserts a strong textile character. The white geometric patterns create a sharp, graphic, immediately legible contrast that gives the skirt a true visual presence.

This cut flatters all body types without constraint. It structures the outfit while allowing ease, for a confident but never rigid look.

Cut & details

The wide waistband (5 cm) accentuates the waist and reinforces the line.

Belt loops allow you to add a belt if desired, to play with styles and add a more sophisticated detail.

Two inverted pleats at the front provide controlled fullness: more ease, more elegance, without excessive volume.

Sizes & fit

Thanks to integrated elastic bands on the sides of the waistband, the skirt naturally adapts to the body's curves and offers true freedom of movement.

It is available in two sizes covering a wide range of body types:

  • Size 1: 36, 38, 40, 42
  • Size 2: 44, 46, 48 (great ease)

Why the A-line shape works

The midi A-line shape is one of the most popular cuts: it lengthens the silhouette, balances the hips, and adapts equally well to a simple outfit or a more dressed-up look.

It is a safe, contemporary cut that transcends seasons without going out of style.

About galafini woven fabric

Galafini woven fabric is a traditional textile from the territories of the Bamanan, Soninké, and Dogon empires, handwoven on a strip loom.

The cotton is spun then woven into narrow strips, assembled to form a complete piece. The indigo version is dyed using ancestral processes, giving it its characteristic deep blue color.

The white geometric patterns are obtained by resist dyeing or weaving, creating an instantly recognizable graphic contrast.

This textile embodies craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation, combining technical rigor and strong visual identity.
